Salon & Booking Terms

We want the rules for visits to be clear to both sides. These terms describe booking and cancellation, payments, treatment safety, complaints, and the use of vouchers and packages.

1. General provisions

  1. These terms set out the rules for using services provided under the brand Llarion Masaż in Wrocław and the rules for making bookings.
  2. Services include, in particular, massage, relaxation and care treatments in accordance with the salon’s current offer.
  3. The current services, prices, duration options and available locations are presented on the website or in the system used to make the booking.
  4. These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.

2. Bookings

  1. A booking request can be sent through llarion-masaz.pl. A booking may also be made by phone, in person or through an external booking system if one is currently available.
  2. Submitting the form on the website is a booking request, not automatic confirmation of the appointment. An appointment is confirmed after contact or a confirmation message from Llarion Masaż.
  3. The customer should provide correct contact details enabling confirmation or changes to the booking.
  4. For bookings made through an external platform, that platform’s additional rules may apply, provided they do not infringe the customer’s rights against the service provider.

3. Cancellation & lateness

  1. If the customer cannot attend a scheduled appointment, we ask that it be cancelled or rescheduled as early as possible, normally at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  2. Cancellation or rescheduling can be communicated by phone or through another contact channel made available by the salon.
  3. If the customer is late, the treatment may be shortened if providing the full service would delay later appointments. In that case, the price of the booked service remains unchanged unless the parties agree otherwise.
  4. If the salon has to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the customer will be offered another time and any amount paid in advance will be settled in accordance with the arrangements and applicable law.

4. Payments, deposits & advance payments

  1. Unless otherwise stated for a particular service, payment is made in accordance with the information provided at booking or after the service is performed.
  2. For selected services, the salon may make a booking conditional on an advance payment or deposit.
  3. If an advance payment or deposit is required, before paying the customer receives information about the amount, payment deadline and the rules for settlement if either party cancels the appointment.
  4. The provisions on advance payments and deposits apply with full respect for mandatory consumer rights.

5. Health & safety

  1. Before treatment, the customer should inform the massage therapist of any known contraindications, injuries, pregnancy, recent procedures or other circumstances relevant to the safe provision of the service.
  2. Online forms are not intended for medical records or detailed medical histories. Information about contraindications is best provided directly to staff before treatment.
  3. The massage therapist may refuse or stop a treatment or suggest another service if, in their judgement, performing the treatment could be inadvisable or unsafe.
  4. Massage and relaxation services do not replace medical diagnosis or consultation. If there are doubts about health, the customer should consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

6. Treatment procedure

  1. Before the service begins, the customer may state their preferences regarding massage pressure, the treatment area and comfort.
  2. During treatment, the customer may report discomfort at any time and ask for a change in pressure or technique or for the treatment to stop.
  3. Treatments are provided with respect for the customer’s privacy and do not include intimate areas.
  4. Staff may stop a treatment if continuing the service would breach safety, hygiene or mutual-respect rules.

7. Conduct & hygiene

  1. Customers and staff are required to treat one another with respect and behave appropriately.
  2. The salon may refuse to begin or continue a service in the event of aggressive, abusive, sexually inappropriate or unsafe behaviour.
  3. For hygiene reasons, the customer should follow reasonable staff instructions relating to preparation for treatment.
  4. The salon maintains the hygiene of workstations, textiles and equipment in line with the requirements applicable to the services provided.

8. Personal belongings

  1. Before treatment, we recommend securing jewellery, phones, documents and other valuables.
  2. If the salon has not expressly accepted items for safekeeping, the customer should leave them in the place indicated by staff and exercise due care.
  3. Liability for loss of or damage to personal belongings is assessed under applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Complaints & comments

  1. If the customer has concerns about a service, we encourage them to report them as soon as possible so the salon can clarify the situation.
  2. A complaint may be submitted in person, by phone or by email to illarionovav@icloud.com. To help us handle it efficiently, please provide your name, visit date, location, service and a description of the issue.
  3. Complaints are considered individually, taking into account the circumstances and applicable law.
  4. These terms do not limit the customer’s statutory rights to pursue claims or seek assistance from the competent consumer-protection authorities.

10. Vouchers & packages

  1. A voucher or package may have a specified validity period and redemption conditions stated at purchase or on the voucher itself.
  2. When booking a service using a voucher or package, the customer should tell the salon when arranging the appointment.
  3. As a rule, vouchers are not exchanged for cash, except where a refund is required by applicable law or individual agreement.
  4. If a promotion or package has additional terms, they are provided to the customer before purchase and supplement these terms.

11. Distance bookings

  1. The form on the Llarion Masaż website is currently used mainly to send a booking request. Submitting the form is not automatic confirmation of an appointment.
  2. If, in a particular case, a contract with a consumer is concluded at a distance, the rights arising from consumer law apply, including — where the statutory conditions are met — the right to withdraw from the contract.
  3. If the customer asks for a paid service to begin before the withdrawal period expires, the rules under applicable law governing performance begun at the consumer’s express request apply.
  4. A booking made through an external service may additionally be subject to that service’s terms.

12. Final provisions

  1. The current version of these terms is available online and can be provided to the customer on request.
  2. These terms may be updated if the way services are provided, the booking system, the offer or the law changes.
  3. Changes do not affect acquired rights or the terms of already confirmed bookings unless a change is required by law.
  4. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the applicable provisions of Polish law.
